General Terms

Delivery Date:

After placing your order, Ethan Allen UAE will provide an estimated delivery date. While we aim to deliver your order as close as possible to this date, it is subject to change. We will contact you to confirm a suitable delivery time using the details provided.

Complete Orders:

We will make every effort to deliver your order in one visit, including product assembly where applicable. However, due to varying arrival times for items, some orders may be delivered in multiple shipments. Please refer to your delivery note for any items arriving separately.

Delivery Costs:

We offer free delivery across the UAE. For deliveries to Abu Dhabi's Western Region, a minimum order value of AED 5,000 is required for free delivery.

Tracking:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a unique tracking link via email to monitor your order’s location. For larger orders that require white glove delivery, we will arrange a suitable delivery time for you.

Separate Deliveries:

If you request delivery in multiple visits (e.g., some items this week, others next week), a separate delivery charge will apply for each visit.

Inspection of Products

While we conduct thorough quality checks before delivery, we encourage you to inspect your products immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage, please inform the delivery team right away. If any issues are identified later, please contact our customer support team by emailing support@ethanallen.ae or calling +971 [contact number]. Delivery Availability

If you are unavailable for your scheduled delivery, please contact our customer support team at +971 [contact number] to reschedule. If we cannot deliver due to restrictions, or if you cancel your delivery less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, or if no one is available at the delivery address, a re-delivery charge will apply.

Assembly and Installation

White Glove Service:

We offer a premium white glove delivery service, which includes delivery to your room of choice, careful positioning, and assembly, as well as removal of any packaging.

Access for Delivery:

When booking your delivery, please inform us of any restrictions at the delivery address. It is your responsibility to ensure that all passageways, doors, hallways, and elevators are suitable for the delivery and installation (if applicable) of your order. Ensure you have checked the dimensions and availability of elevators in advance for deliveries above the ground floor. If any issues arise, please inform Ethan Allen UAE in advance to make alternate arrangements.
